The bench has been created by polish artists Rafał Nowak, Piotr Garstka and Piotr Szmyta. It's been presented in July 2012.
Irena Kwiatkowska is a woman and popular actress so you have to come to her with flowers. Bring origami tulip and sit down :)

The best solution is to have someone that you can call so that they make the screenshot of the webcam with you, while you are there.
It is required to post your photo made using that webcam. You need to be recognizable with origami tulip on the photo! It might be impossible to make a photo that will fulfill the requirements during night or by bad weather conditions. The logs without the photo from the webcam will be deleted.
